What we do
Three parts of the same job — finding the right tenants, running the tenancy well, and keeping the fabric of the home in good order.
Management
Once a tenant is settled we handle the day-to-day: rent, correspondence, renewals and the small questions that come up. Owners stay informed and tenants have a clear point of contact.
Upkeep
Homes stay in good shape through regular checks and prompt repairs, arranged with trusted local trades across the Wirral. Small fixes are dealt with before they grow.
